4. Return Procedure
Contact support@maziotisjewels.gr within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support immediately.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered and the issue will be resolved through replacement or refund.
